Absolutely, within 30 days you can get a refund with no questions asked.

DO YOU LOG MY PAYMENT INFORMATION ON YOUR SYSTEM?
No. All payments are handled by external payment providers, and we do not log any personal information about you when you proceed with a payment. There is no way to connect your payment information to your VPN usage. You will always be anonymous with hide.me, even if you use a credit card.

WHICH PAYMENT MODELS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer regular one-off payments, as well as subscriptions. If you prefer not to subscribe, you can make a manual payment. We recommend a hide.me subscription, so you can stay protected and don’t have to worry about your account expiring.

DO YOU PROVIDE DISCOUNTS IF I PAY FOR A LONGER PERIOD?
Absolutely! For those that take plan Antivirus for 2 and 3 years in advance, we offer discounts of up to 45%.

Q: WHY DO YOU ONLY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD? IS IT LEGAL?
A: Digital download is a more convenient and faster way to install software and save freight cost. It is legal, Microsoft also provides digital download.

Q: DO I GET A WARRANTY ON MY PURCHASE?
A: Yes, all defective products will be replaced, we are here to make sure we have your satisfaction.

Q: WILL I RECEIVE A HARD COPY OF THE SOFTWARE?
A: Products are downloadable only. On some products, you will be able to create a USB or DVD of the product which you can save for future use.

Q: HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS DELIVERED? WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME?
A: Products are digitally delivered to the email you provide at the time of checkout. Most of the time, the product email is sent immediately after order. It is possible the emails are delivered to Spam folders; we ask that you check this folder as well. If you did not receive the product email, please email or call us and we will resend the emails to you right away.
